Creativity is innate in all of us and can be accessed and applied in a variety of ways. Whether you want to make creative pursuits more of a focus, are trying to overcome a creative block, or want to bring more spontaneity and freshness into your daily life, our work together can help you to cultivate this natural ability. Creativity is an emphasis of my doctoral studies and has always been a big part of my life as a musician and writer. My approach to creativity cultivation/coaching draws on a variety of sources and is always tailored to each individual’s needs and intentions. Sessions are 50 minutes.
