About

I am a writer, teacher, and doctoral student in Transformative Studies, exploring the intersection of personal and social transformation. I am a meditation instructor and teacher in Dan Glennthe Shambhala Buddhist tradition, which I’ve been practicing and studying in for twelve years.

My interests, both scholarly and personal, are ever-evolving and expanding, and these days I can’t get enough of diving into rabbit holes to learn about thinkers and ideas.

They include: archetypal psychology, shamanism, Tibetan Buddhism, Western esoteric traditions, Neoplatonism, human sexuality, social change, education, imagination, and creativity.

I am also a singer/songwriter and have recorded two albums.

This site will be a place to share some of my writing, musings, and other creative work, and over time it will likely evolve further.

You can follow me on Twitter or Academia, and hear some of my music here.
